What happened on the day
By the time that I had arrived at the gym I had been interviewed at home and been filmed getting into my car then driving away to the gym.
Once I got to the Erith Leisure centre the team filmed me arriving and checking in to the gym.
I then had to hang around while the cameras were being set up:
